RC|A created a project masterplan, followed by architectural and landscape design for this family complex on 7+ acres overlooking the ocean. Development included an equestrian center, guesthouse and garage complex, a meditation hut, swimming pool and spa, orchard and gardens, a well and water storage system, solar hot water and solar electric system and drawings for a new residence. The project was inspired by the ability to create a place-based lifestyle on an exceptional site. RC|A focused on blending the line between design and the natural landscape. Site development included planting many large trees and shrubs for wildlife enhancement and privacy.
